We understand that travel plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are handled when booking through our website or with our agents.
Standard Tour Bookings
Most tours and activities listed on our website are fulfilled directly by licensed, third-party operators. When you book, you are reserving directly with the vendor, and their individual cancellation and refund policies apply.
- Cancellation Windows – Most tours allow free cancellation within 24–72 hours of the scheduled activity. Exact terms will be shown during checkout.
- Refunds – Refunds are processed by the vendor and typically return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Weather-Related Cancellations – If your tour is canceled due to unsafe conditions, the operator will offer to reschedule your activity or issue a refund according to their policy.
- No-Shows – Guests who miss their scheduled tour without notice are generally not eligible for refunds.
Package & Custom Bookings
If you book a package or custom trip through one of our commissioned agents (including flights, hotels, or bundled tours):
- Cancellation Window – Packages may be canceled or rescheduled up to 72 hours in advance of the first scheduled activity.
- Private Charters – Some custom bookings (e.g., private tours, group charters) may require a longer 96-hour cancellation notice.
- Refunds – Eligible refunds will be processed by our team and issued to your original payment method.
- Travel Insurance – We strongly recommend adding trip insurance at checkout to protect against last-minute changes outside of policy windows.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
- Direct Bookings – Use the confirmation email from your tour operator. It will include a cancellation/reschedule link or phone number.
- Packages/Custom Trips – Contact your assigned travel agent or email us at [email protected].
Important Notes
- Each vendor sets their own cancellation policies; please review them carefully at checkout and in your confirmation emails.
- Refund eligibility is determined by the vendor’s terms.
- For multi-day packages, cancellation policies may vary depending on included hotels, flights, or third-party services.
