1. Role of Our Company

We act as a booking facilitator for tours and activities operated by licensed, third-party vendors. When you reserve a tour on our website, you are entering into a direct agreement with the vendor providing that service.

For packages and custom bookings (including flights, hotels, or bundled tours), our company acts as your travel agent, arranging services on your behalf with third-party providers.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Each vendor is responsible for delivering the tour or activity you have booked.
  • Vendors set their own cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies (displayed during checkout).
  • Vendors are fully licensed and insured for the services they provide.

3. Guest Responsibilities

By booking through us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information at the time of booking.
  • Arrive on time at the designated meeting point provided in your confirmation email.
  • Follow all instructions from your guide or operator.
  • Comply with safety rules, park regulations, and local laws.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in denial of service without refund.

4. Payments

  • Payments for standard tours are processed directly by the vendor through their secure booking system.
  • Payments for packages and custom bookings are processed by us through secure payment providers.
  • Pricing is displayed clearly at checkout. Taxes and fees, where applicable, will be shown before purchase.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Standard Tours: Vendor policies apply. Review terms before completing your booking.
  • Packages & Custom Bookings: Our Cancellation & Refund Policy applies. Most cancellations require 72–96 hours’ notice.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary.

6. Liability

  • We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party vendors, service providers, or natural conditions.
  • Participation in tours is voluntary and at your own risk.
  • We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.

7. Changes to Itineraries

Vendors may adjust itineraries due to weather, park conditions, or safety concerns. We are not responsible for changes beyond our control.

8. Privacy & Data

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking, you consent to sharing necessary details with vendors to fulfill your reservation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
