Spend a day fly fishing in the Everglades with a veteran guide who knows every hidden flat and tide change. With more than 30 years of experience, your captain specializes in sight casting for tarpon, snook, and redfish in the maze of mangroves and shallow waters of the Ten Thousand Islands. Your adventure unfolds aboard an 18-foot skiff built for stealth, allowing quiet approaches to feeding fish. Whether you’re new to fly fishing or chasing the grand slam, customized coaching ensures an engaging and rewarding experience. Along the way, spot dolphins, manatees, and the vibrant birdlife that make the Everglades a living postcard. All rods, reels, leaders, and custom-tied flies are provided, along with gourmet snacks and beverages; full-day charters include lunch on the water. Priced at $550 for a half day (4 hrs) and $750 for a full day (8 hrs) for up to two guests (park pass not included). The combination of skilled instruction, ethical angling, and serene scenery creates an unforgettable day in one of the world’s premier saltwater destinations.

Itinerary

7:00 AM — Meet at Everglades City Visitor Center; 7:15 AM — Board skiff and depart into mangrove channels; 7:30 AM — Warm-up casting and fly lesson; 8:30 AM — Begin targeting tarpon, snook, and redfish; 10:30 AM — Snack break and wildlife viewing; 11:00 AM — Resume fishing with guided instruction; 12:00 PM — Half-day concludes / Full-day continues; 12:30 PM — Lunch on board (full-day); 1:30 PM — Explore new flats; 4:30 PM — Return to dock.
