Begin your morning with hotel pickup from Jackson or Teton Village and travel through the Elk Refuge, home to vast herds of elk, bison, and bighorn sheep. Continue into Grand Teton National Park, where you may encounter moose in the willows, bald eagles soaring above the frozen Snake River, or foxes crossing snowy meadows. With expert interpretation, you’ll learn about the park’s ecology, animal migrations, and seasonal adaptations. Itinerary

8:00 AM – Hotel pickup and introductions
8:15 AM – Drive through the Elk Refuge; observe herds of elk, bison, and sheep
9:00 AM – Stop at Miller Butte for photos and wildlife viewing
9:30 AM – Continue to Moose-Wilson Road or Antelope Flats for moose and fox sightings
10:00 AM – Refreshment break with hot beverages and snacks
10:30 AM – Explore Oxbow Bend and river corridors for eagles and trumpeter swans
