The Skylight Arch Sunset Tour offers a rare opportunity to stand on top of a natural arch and witness one of the most spectacular sunsets in the American Southwest. Beginning with pickup from your hotel or rental in Page, your private guide leads you on a scenic off-road drive across Stud Horse Mesa. The journey passes dramatic hoodoos and sweeping desert landscapes before arriving at the trailhead for a short, one-mile hike to the arch. Unlike most arches you view from below, Skylight Arch invites you to walk atop its broad sandstone surface. From here, you’ll enjoy panoramic views stretching across Lake Powell, Navajo Mountain, and the layered cliffs of the Grand Staircase. As the sun dips low, the surrounding mesas glow in brilliant shades of orange, rose, and violet—a perfect moment for photos and quiet reflection.
