Description

Take your Colorado adventure to new heights with a tandem paragliding experience above Boulder. Your flight begins at Wonderland Lake Foothill Park, where your pilot welcomes you, handles check-in, and gives a short safety and flight briefing. After a quick drive and a scenic 15-minute hike to the launch area, you’ll stand atop a mountain nearly 1,000 feet above the city.

Here, you’ll gear up with a comfortable harness and helmet, learn the basics of launch and control, and then run into the air—suddenly the ground drops away and the sky opens up. As you soar, your pilot will manage all aspects of the flight while sharing insights about air currents and the terrain below. Depending on the conditions and your comfort, you may even take the controls for a short time.

Flight times range from 5 to 30 minutes, determined by wind and weather. Landing takes place back at the park, where you can purchase optional photo and video packages to capture your flight. Whether you want smooth gliding serenity or a thrilling spiral descent, this is Boulder’s most unforgettable perspective—where the mountains meet the clouds.

Price & Availability

$275 per tandem flight (1 passenger + pilot). Optional photo/video add-on $35. Flights depend on weather. Reschedules offered if conditions are unsafe.

Minimum age 18. Weight range 60–260 lbs. Weather-dependent activity. Must complete flight waiver.
