Travel & Safety Policy

Last Updated: 09/10/2025

Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. We also believe in protecting the natural and cultural places we visit so they remain pristine for future generations. This Travel & Safety Policy explains the standards we uphold and the responsibilities we share with our guests.

Safety at a Glance

  • ✅ Licensed & insured operators only
  • ✅ Guides trained in CPR & First Aid
  • ✅ Safety gear provided when required
  • ✅ Leave No Trace practices followed

Licensed & Insured Operators

We only work with professional vendors who are fully licensed, insured, and authorized to operate in the regions and parks where they guide. Every partner is carefully vetted to meet high standards of safety and guest service.

Guide Training & Certifications

Our local partners employ guides who are trained in safety, first aid, and responsible travel practices. Many guides maintain CPR and Wilderness First Aid certifications to ensure preparedness in a range of outdoor conditions.

Guest Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and enjoyable trip for all participants, we ask guests to:

  • Arrive on time at the designated meeting point.
  • Follow all instructions provided by guides and operators.
  • Bring appropriate clothing, footwear, and gear for the activity.
  • Disclose any relevant medical conditions that may affect participation.
  • Respect national park rules, cultural sites, and wildlife.

Environmental Commitment

We follow Leave No Trace principles and work with operators who share our values in sustainability. This includes:

  • Minimizing waste and respecting natural habitats.
  • Supporting conservation groups through annual donations.
  • Promoting eco-friendly practices across our tours and partnerships.

Health & Safety Practices

  • Weather & Conditions – Tours may be rescheduled or adjusted if conditions are unsafe.
  • Equipment – All necessary safety equipment (such as helmets, flotation devices, or harnesses) is provided when required.
  • Accessibility – Some tours may have restrictions based on physical ability or health; these will be clearly outlined in tour details.

Emergencies

If you encounter an emergency while on a tour, contact your guide or use the 24/7 emergency number provided in your confirmation email. Our partners are trained to handle urgent situations, and our team is here to provide support as needed.
