Description

Depart Channel Islands Harbor and cross the Santa Barbara Channel in about 45 minutes. Along the way, guides point out dolphins, whales, seals, and seabirds like pelicans and cormorants. Arrive at Anacapa Island to see Arch Rock and the lighthouse from the water, with ~25 minutes to take in the coastal scenery before turning back to Oxnard. Return includes another chance for wildlife viewing.

8:45 AM — Check in at Channel Islands Harbor
9:00 AM — Depart Oxnard, begin wildlife viewing
9:45 AM — Arrive Anacapa Island, circle Arch Rock and Lighthouse
