Description
Experience Yellowstone’s dramatic winter landscape on this full-day snowmobile adventure to the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. Depart from Jackson or Teton Village and gear up with provided helmets, insulated suits, and boots before setting out. Ride 65 miles each way (130 roundtrip) through snow-covered forests, open meadows, and geothermal valleys, making stops for wildlife viewing and scenic overlooks. The route follows the Yellowstone River, offering a chance to see bison, elk, and foxes in their natural winter habitat. At the canyon, stand in awe of the frozen Lower Falls—one of the park’s most iconic sights in winter. A light breakfast and hearty lunch are included, with warm drinks to keep you comfortable during breaks. The tour requires moderate stamina for extended riding but offers unmatched access to Yellowstone’s remote beauty. Itinerary
6:00–7:00 AM — Hotel pickup from Jackson or Teton Village
7:30 AM — Gear fitting and safety briefing
8:00 AM — Depart on snowmobiles along Yellowstone Lake route
10:30 AM — Scenic stops for photos and wildlife
12:00 PM — Arrive at Grand Canyon of Yellowstone; lunch break
1:30 PM — Explore frozen Lower Falls and canyon rim
2:30 PM — Begin return trip via Yellowstone Lake
6:00–7:00 PM — Arrive back at hotel

$525 for single sled; $855 for tandem sled (2 riders). Drivers must be 16+ with a valid license and prior snowmobile experience. Passengers 10+ (12+ recommended). Operates Dec–Mar. Full refund 14+ days; nonrefundable within 14 days.

Instructions
Guests are picked up 6:00–7:00 AM; return by 6:00–7:00 PM. Gear fitting and orientation at base location.
