Depart from meeting points along Hwy 120 into Yosemite Valley. Begin with a pickup and scenic drive into Yosemite. Walk to Lower Yosemite Fall, Cooks Meadow, Sentinel Bridge, and El Capitan Meadow. Explore valley icons such as Half Dome and Bridalveil Fall. Pause at the Merced River and Ansel Adams Gallery. On full-day options, continue to the historic Ahwahnee Hotel. Winter/spring private options may include a Giant Sequoia hike.
Itinerary
8:00 AM – Meet at Yosemite Valley Visitor Center
8:30 AM – Walk to Lower Yosemite Fall with geology and history discussion
9:00 AM – View Lower Yosemite Fall, flora and fauna talk
9:30 AM – Walk Cooks Meadow Loop, observe ecosystems
10:30 AM – Stop at Sentinel Bridge for Half Dome views
