Description

Saddle up for a classic Colorado horseback adventure on this one- to one-and-a-half-hour guided ride through Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch’s scenic foothills. Just west of Loveland, this family-run ranch offers 3,200 acres of rolling pastures, red rock ridges, and open meadows—perfect for both new and experienced riders.

After a brief safety introduction, your wrangler will match you with a gentle, well-trained horse suited to your ability. Then you’ll set out along shaded trails and old wagon routes leading to ridge-top viewpoints overlooking the Big Thompson River Valley. These shorter rides are paced for comfort and designed to highlight the natural beauty of the ranch, making them ideal for families, couples, and casual adventurers.
