11:30 AM – Private limo shuttle pickup from resort or hotel 12:15 PM – Arrive at Verde River launch point; safety briefing and gear fitting 12:30 PM – Begin guided kayak paddle (approx. 2 hours) 2:30 PM – Shuttle to OAC base to change and refresh 3:00 PM – Arrive at Whitehorse Wood-Fired Grill for preset dining experience 4:15 PM – Return limo shuttle to your hotel or resort 5:00 PM – Experience concludes with optional group photos and toast
